Established in 2018 and originally located in Lin'an District, Hangzhou, our company specializes in recycling waste printed circuit boards and resin powder. In 2023, we relocated with a CNY 15 million investment to a new site in Gaowan Industrial Zone, Lin'an. This expansion included commissioning new processing lines for waste communication equipment, storage media, electricity meters, and fiber optic cables.
Our annual processing capacities are now as follows:Waste Communication Equipment: 8,000 tons；Secure Destruction of Storage Media: 5,000 tons；Waste Electricity Meters: 2,000 tons；Waste Fiber Optic Cables: 10,000 tons.
Furthermore, approvals from Zhejiang and Hangzhou ecological environment authorities grant us an additional annual capacity of 11,000 tons for waste PCBs and 25,000 tons for other WEEE. The company is also certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
Policy Guidelines1. China's Solid Waste Law and related regulations (Guoban Han [2021] No. 47, Zhejiang Zheng Ban Fa [2021] No. 53) mandate full lifecycle management for hazardous waste.
2. State Council Decree 408 and operational guidelines make standardized environmental management a mandatory licensing condition.
3. Provincial regulations require the hazardous waste industry to meet "clean emissions, advanced technology, proper site appearance, and standardized management."
Conclusion: Regulatory standards are tightening, presenting growing challenges for corporate cost control and risk management.
